MEET THE JIGSAW TEAM
Jigsaw operates at a higher ratio than the minimum Ofsted requirements, as we recognise that children’s involvement and learning are supported more effectively, and there are fewer interruptions to their interactions, with a higher number of team members.
All team members regularly attend Safeguarding training and undergo a full DBS check each year.
